Like CNN today has a poll. Before the speech 17% pessimistic and after 88% optmistic. Who did they poll? They never mentioned - they could have asked the democrats in the house for all we know but people watch and fall for this c.r.a.p.

I wouldn't worry about it, MSNBC didn't have any credibility as it is. Anyone who would watch MSNBC is already a kool-aid drinker and was probably saying the same thing.

Why should we be shocked that MSNBC would allow two partisans (Olbermann and Matthews) to preview a speech? Where is the impartial host? MSNBC has no interest in maintaining any objectivity whatsoever..I have to admit, I have FIOS, so I don't get MSNBC. Why you ask? As the rep said, we have more people watching the rectal exam channel than MSNBC..Enough said...Obama is a socialist pig..

I AM OUTRAGED!

How dare this interloper mention "GOD", a Church Issue during a State event! I Demand he be fired immediately.

Me and my perpetually unemployed protesters are going to demonstrate until this situation is rectified!

Chtis Matthews is so far on the left that he
falls off the spectrum. Most smart americans
know that MSNBC helped get Obama elected, and did
a great job of not letting the public know about the housing market mess that Barney Frank, Chris
Dodd, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Charlie Rangle,
Charles Schumer, and the rest of the democrat
controlled congress and senate created way back
in 2001 or possibly before that while Clinton
was president. He and MSNBC helped the democrats
undermine the Bush administration, which in 2001,
wanted to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie
Mac, but Barney Frank and Chris Dodd lied to the
american people by leading us to believe that
those government run mortgage companies were
doing nothing wrong.
Chris Matthews has no right to say anything
against Governor Jindal, who cleaned up the
corruption in his home state of Louisiana.
What is Matthews afraid of?! That maybe if Governor Jindal decides to run for president in
2012, he'd get elected, because he is an honest
politician who puts the citizens of Louisiana
before himself?
Or does Chris miss the former governor (Blanco),
Ray Nageys' yes girl!! LOL

Jindal's performance was a disaster! THIS is the best the Whig party has to offer? NEXT! It's like the last eight years of republican incompetence, corruption and deceit never happened. Sorry, American's aren't that stupid Bobbi! Perhaps the "mission accomplished" crowd can take comfort in watching Bill Orally spew forth his right wing ignorance about what a great speech Mr. Jindal gave...

My opinion is that Nobama will face a formidable opponent in Jindal 1n 2012. Chris Matthews will just get a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach, not a tingling feeling. I can't wait.

Uh, I don't understand what the hub-bub is about. We all saw how much he sucked, and the intro where he walked in from his kitchen was soo lame, I sighed "Oh god" the same as Matthews.

"Oh God" indeed. Right off the bat he started launcing into his 2012 campaign speech which was sickening.
Further, the fool won't take federal stimulus money for his own state (including New Orleans) for purely selfish political reasons. Look, I admit I'm a liberal, and I also admit that MSNBC is even less objective than Fox, but jeez, this Jindal is a hopeless candidate for your side.

If we just sit back and say NOTHING, the liberals will expose themselves as prejudiced, ignorant pigs far better and more thoroughly and unequivocally than we ever could.

This is just one more example of left wing media bias.

While it is impossible to not have feelings and opinions, journalists should be trained to keep them from interfering with their primary function: telling us what happened.

The sad fact is though that they are not only flushing their own companies down the toilet, but America as well.

Michael Steele and Jindal, both minorities, both republicans and now both visciously attacked by the the liboturds. I guess they got tired of attacking a women and moved on to racial minorities.
