In my opinion, focusing sting operations on "massage" parlors is a WASTE of valuable law enforcement personel.

Hey - at least SCPD only watched. NCPD would have sent undercovers in there to get happy endings for at least 2 months, to make sure they have hard and stiff case. SCPD just interviews the customers.
Is NCPD hiring? Between being on the h_a_n_d_j_o_b squad and drinking with vollies while on duty, we should be able to pay far less, since the perks more than make up for the shortfall in salary.

Can you be that naive to think that the SCPD is not also going after gang members and drug dealers? They cover all types of crimes and this just happens to be one of them. Read the papers and watch the news and you might just see some of the other arrests they make in connection with these other crimes.
