and lets not even start to think about the billions that the obamacare debacle will cost us, the most despised piece of legislation in generations, rammed through via dirty backroom deals and the nuclear option.

400k plus the pension, the perks and the chance to make millions more after their term seems like plenty to me.

frankly just like the teachers, throwing more money at the problem won't fix it. it is not about money it is about accountability.

when obama can parade around the country on campaign stops rather then doing the job he is supposed to do then something is wrong,

just like it was wrong for obama as a senator to be paid to campaign for president rather then do his job.

what we need is more accountability, we need the corrupt like obama, rangel, waters, pelosi, frank, meeks, towns, emanuel to be held accountable for unethical and criminal behavior and to be thrown out of office, and potentially into jail depending on the offense.

he spent a significant amount of time as senator campaigning for president,

and he has spent a significant amount of time as president campaigning for reelection,
