I'm undecided about what to watch Weds nite. The Mets and Ollie Perez or "Faces of Death". Either on could be horrifying and ugly.

I've had it with this team....I count on Los Mets to be there as the season winds down......to breeze through the schedule, giving their fans hope and excitement.....lea ding the division each and every fall, raising our expectations....dr eams of a World Series victory...crowned World Champions.... ....and a complete Sept. collapse.

gee, this is too easy now. los mets are done, done, done. id be embarrassed to wear anything with the los mets logo in public. the wilpons arent spending another dime on this team. they will let omar and manuel finish out whatever is left on thier deals and start over with someone else in a year or 2.

So Omar thinks they can stay close or even take the lead! Hmmmm, ya know Omar, it's great to sound optimistic but you sound flat out stupid when ya talk like that. Omar really needs to pack his bags and go! If he had any pride he'd recognize that he's in way over his head and quit!

here is your typical los mets fan, a few weeks ago if you would have told this wad omar was a loser she would have been pissedoff, los mets fans crowed how smart omar was and how he would deliver them to the promised land, kinda like the nonsense madoff told the wilpons

The fans in the clip joint have finally had enough. A few hundred for tickets and $18 to park to watch that borefest can only last for so long. My kids remote control car has more heart than that sorry team of chokers. The gig is up, ticket prices will have to be slashed, they may even have to pay some to show up at the most boring show on earth.

They were a decent team on paper when the season starts, pretty good hitting and a chance for a decent year by the starters. Relievers were never a problem.

now we are out a few hundred RBI's, 60 stolen bases, 75 home runs, the set up man and at least 2 starters. I guess that's why they play the games.

Cranky fans, don't bother posting. We know where we are at and where we are headed. You should keep your mouths shut and hope the injury bug doesn't visit your team. Pull your leadoff hitter and # 3 & 4 hitters out of your line up and see where you end up. In your division you would be 4th place too!

so what was the reason los mets choked last year? oh and in 2007? and in the 2000 world series, and in the 1988 playoffs? maybe los mets are just a bad poorly run team with loser fans

Get used to it folks. If you are really fed up let me ask you this, what if the Mets played a game and NOBODY came? Think about. Instead of feeling helpless, you can do something about it. show the club you won't pay for the garbage you are witnessing nite after nite...
Show something the team lacks...BALLS!

Mr. Big - I couldn't agree with you more. These injuries have buried the team - it looks ugly now. The offense is barely showing a heartbeat. Yikes.
