well, "Only from experience do administrators learn that Chinese were shunning the hospital because of its white blankets, which in their culture symbolize death. Hence the switch to beige." It's true that the color white in Chinese culture symbolize death, BUT, in China's hospitals we use white blankets.

The review states that this book "reads like a novel," but it's unclear as to whether it is fiction, journalistic feature, or a combination of the two. The review actually has the tone of a sensational romance novel; it makes the book seem almost as trite. Why would I want to read about these characters, living or fabricated?
