Filipino doctors on YouTube face penalty

Wow....that's sick. I never thought doctors and nurses would actually behave so unprofessionally while a patient is under anesthesia and surgery is taking place. The last worry a family member of someone having an operation should have is that the hospital staff will use surgery as an opportunity for comic relief.
I say fire all of them!

Now explain why the guy had a canister up his rectum.

Here's the picture.

1. The patient is a gay by natural circumstances, not by choice, so a victim in a way.

2. As a gay he's attracted to same sex so he mingled and drank with men that night, and the word is that the people who put the canister in there made fun of him when he got drunk (unconscious, too weak to resist, and all) knowing he was gay. He is a victim.

3. Couldn't afford an expensive private hospital (he lives on a minimum wage salary as a flower shop helper), he was forced to have treatment at a government hospital. The doctors, knowing he was poor belonging to the lower class, ridiculed him no end before, during, and after operation, took video, and circulated the video to venues available to them including youtube. He is a victim.

4. The patient is now the topic of many condemnation and mockery all over, people laughing at him and his family, and now he is even receiving death threats!!! He is a victim.

When will the anguish, mental torture, social humiliation, tainted reputation, etc. end for this victim? Let's laugh!!! Call him names!!! This world is full of hypocrites!!!!

The number of highly skilled professionals far outnumber those of Malaysia.

There are more Philippine high school graduates who are accepted in Ivy League schools in the United States and prestigious Universities in Europe than Malaysian high school graduates.

Im so saddened to hear this news! One of the doctors, Dr. Max Montecillo is a good friend of mine in high school!!What a shame??!! Either way, justice should prevail and the people that are involved should be punished appropritately....

I believe that as a person, the victim has suffered enough and what he needs the least is further ridicule, especially from the doctors. Justice can only be served if there is sincere repentance and public apology.

this is gossip: the gay florist was known to be a drug addict and a drug pusher, hanging around the vicinity of Carbon market (a dirty flea-market in Cebu) He is known for his promiscuity in engaging with call boys and other male partners. 6 million pesos would sustain him for his remaining lifetime of future sexual acrobats and sexual disappearing acts through the anus...hahaha Poor medical team...my heart is with you. You can't just let an immoral gay drug addict and pusher stain your noble reputation as a healer with this 6 million peso joke. Fight it to the end until truth will come out. Then, file a counter lawsuit against the gay florist and those demons constantly whispering in his ears.

.. what truth are we looking for here? It's pretty obvious there are third party agendas just like in other cases such as this, but certainly in the public eye, attacking the patient or his reputation would do more harm than good to the doctors.

nobody is at fault except the one who inserted the canister. the act was unacceptable. consequences from an unacceptable act will normally be that of ridicule... so everybody, learn the lesson well

the one who took the video while narrating and making all the comments was the OR Nurses Association of the Phil. Cebu Chapter President Monching Pandaan! This Association should look into this. The nursing students of Southwestern Univerity, Cebu are currently trained by him.
