How about trying all the nato idiot leaders and obama along with the jackass ruler of qatar and all the other middle east dictators that supported this war and give them the death penalty. They killed innocent women and children and bombed civilian targets that's a war crime. The dictators in the middle east did not like the modern islamic state of libya where women had rights. Obama...of african decent.....killed innocent african women and children.....they call it collateral damage. God is watching

I believe Libya should allow him a lawyer and allow him to get funds from his private bank so they can see where it is coming from.

Hey ya read some more you bedouin:
Barely formed, the new government of Abdel Rahim al-Kib, has been at the center of critical regions Libyan who feel they have been marginalized.
The announcement of the new government Tuesday coincided with the visit of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno-Ocampo, who confirmed his intention Tripoli in Libya to try Seif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the deposed president arrested on the night of Friday to Saturday.

In a statement, the Amazigh (Berber) have denounced their "marginalization", claiming to have been excluded from key ministries and their representation in the government "did not reflect their presence" and their contribution to the revolution.
Libyan Amazigh Congress has called on Libyans and the Amazigh in particular forward and temporarily freeze their cooperation with the National Transitional Council (CNT) and the transitional government.

In Benghazi, the city is the part where the revolt against the regime of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, a few dozen protesters expressed their rejection of the new government, saying the city was not sufficiently represented. View shared by representatives of the desert regions of the South.

"I can reassure everyone: all Libya (shown) in the government," said Mr. Kib had yet to reporters in Tripoli after the announcement of his government.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that at least the new government showed a "significant step towards democracy", adding that the U.S. was willing to work with him.

"The formation of the transitional government is an important step for the political transition in Libya, that China welcomes", for its part said the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the new government, at least two important ministries were reserved for former rebels who fought the Gaddafi regime: for example, Osama Jouili, a former rebel commander of the city of Zenten, was appointed to the Defence, while the Interior Ministry has been entrusted to Faouzi Abdelal, the city of Misrata.

The "thowars" for most civilians who took up arms to fight the forces of the old regime, had put pressure on the new prime minister, for their part in the gouvernement.M. Kib was, however, said after his appointment two weeks ago, he would form a government of technocrats.
The opposition in exile has also had its share: Ben Achour Khayal, a former ambassador under Qaddafi, before joining the opposition in the 2000s, becomes minister étrangères.Le crucial portfolio of Oil & Gas is Abdelrahman bin Yazza income, an official of the Italian oil company ENI.Le new government has only two women ministers: Mabrouka Jibril al-Sharif Social Affairs and Fatma Al-Hamrouch of Health.
On the court, the ICC prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, said Wednesday in Tripoli that the Libyan courts had the "rule" to judge Seif al-Islam, the most prominent son of Muammar Gaddafi stopped in the night Friday to Saturday.
