Well played. The deserving team won....we just couldn't match the Hawks' talent. Good luck in the conference final.

Candy Kane and the boys better enjoy this win. If they are lucky they may take 1 or 2 from the Wings. This is the match up I wanted, I cant wait!! Hey Chicago fans enjoy the 1961 chants at the JLA. For all you bandwagon Hawks fans thats the last time you won anything. Enjoy the clinic

DA HAWKS! YEAH BABY!
I never expected them to get this far, seeing they were a young team. I knew they were good, but they just matured as a team this year big time
And Alex, classy comment. Thank you

Wow what an exciting game. wont gloat too much but hey Willie Mitchell, you were right that Kane sure is one lucky s.o.b. to the tune of what, 6 goals against you guys?? and I can see why Luongo is so highly regarded after another stellar performance tonite. That being said, how stupid was that penalty by Byfuglien and on the power play the Canucks scored on, hawks lost 3 straight faceoffs, clean. cant be doing that against Detroit or its gonna be a quick series.

Someone with knowledge of the English language who wants to educate readers..........or someone showing off and being arrogant.

obstreperous
ob⋅strep⋅e r⋅ous
   /əb&#7 12;strɛpər əs/ Pronunciation [uhb-strep-er-uhs]
–adjective
1. resisting control or restraint in a difficult manner; unruly.
2. noisy, clamorous, or boisterous: obstreperous children.

It was good to hear Pat Foley as Comcast's feed was used on Versus. I miss hearing his voice after moving away from Chicago.

Greatest game of the series. Well played by the Canucks (you guys have some crazy rabid fans - love it).

To the tool from Arizona, when the Wings advance, then you can start talking smack. Until then, bite me.

GO HAWKS!!!

Comcast's feed went national (watched it in Cleveland). Awesome way to enjoy the game - "He shoots, he scores!" With the playoffs this year, the whole NHL is back in a big way.

This almost makes up for the 1982 Canucks-Hawks series.

Does this team EVER know when to quit? An instant ESPN Classic. I was watching Versus out of town...luckily they carried the CSN feed with Pat Foley....I'll bet he'll say it's in his Top 10.

Think we just saw Kane take the next step to the super-star level. The physical Wings aren't going to intimidate him like back in Dec/Jan. And right on Kane's heels are Toews and Versteg. Look out Det., the Hawks aren't done partying yet.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssss .

Not the kind of elimination game I expected, but what an effort by both teams.

This team can win in so many different ways. They never give up, and keep it together no matter what.

Congrats to Coach Q for instilling that maturity in the youngest team in the league.

When you're on the far side of double nickels in age, 1995 doesn't seem that long ago, but that's 14 years since the conference finals. This team has exceeded all my expectations and is now in fantasy land..........

Raise that big, silver CUP kids!!!!!!!!!!
