You can complain about the Torres trade as long as you want. At the end of the year he is a UFA, he would get more on the open market than he would in Columbus. Columbus can't afford him and there aren't any players who would be willing to gie a hometown discount to Columbus. Howson did no wrong today, he's thinking long term for the club. If you want to blame anyone for this years poor showing, blame Hitchcock. His unwillingness to give the young guys ice time not only doomed him, but also this season.

And when you want to get mad at Howson, remember this. He locked up Nash for 7 years over the summer. If he hadn't, Nash would have no doubt been one of the guys traded yesterday. Count Your blessings Columbus.

Anyway, you still suck....GO WINGS!!!!

You live in OHIO, which means your sports teams will do the following year in and year out.
1. Exceed expectations at some point in time
2. Go through a "rough patch"
3. Melt down and trade all good players and look forward to next year with guys you have never heard of

Browns, Indians, Bengals, Reds, and soon to be Cavs
A question

Why was not Rick Nash traded? He is one of the laziest players I have efver seen. Maybe he should try and put out the same effor that he did for Team Canada. What a waste of space on this team...get rid of him!!!
