If I were the moron Red Baron I wouldn't celebrate yet, The Tampa game should be obviously a two pointer thanks to dual ownership.

John Jakopin wrote: <quoted text> I'LL TELL YOU WHAT IS WRONG !!!!!! You're never-ending blind loyalty & support may seem to you as sweet, patriotic and "true", It is, in fact, the very foundation of the root of the cause of this decade of failure.......... You, my friend, are the problem for a decade !! You, my friend, empower the ownership to run it as is for a decade..... Alan Cohen knows there will be 5000 repeat customers year in & year out regardless of competitive results.......... Based on that number, they make a marginal profit.... In a free economy, ownership MUST provide a quality product, or the business fails..... Your blind faith, as you call it "true fans", only allow the ownership to continue to throw out on the ice an inferior product for a decade.......... A DECADE !!!!! Economics 101: If enough customers DISCONTINUE purchasing the product, ownership is forced to either sell, or improve the quality of the product......... As long as you continue to purchase the product, what incentive has the ownership to improve the product? Are you not getting this? You have already posted the fact that you will buy the ticket & take the ride next year, and the year after, etc......... (now go ahead and shoot the messenger)..... I know, Alan Cohen is a hockey genius and has really been trying to put out a quality product but has just been unlucky......... You are so full of BULLSHlT!!! By your own admission, you think that SSE puts on just enough of a show to keep 5000 people coming back. Well, how much more successful and wealth-generating would this venture be if they put on a good enough show to keep 18,000 people coming back? Why then would a concept that simple, that's so obvious to me, escape a multi-millionaire like Alan Cohen? He's only a few million under the NHL cap right now, and it's your contention that he's INTENTIONALLY hiring marginal employees in order to fail, and only make a minimal profit... And then, in the same breath, you have the nerve to profess Economics 101? Do us all a favor and stick to something you know. Why would any businessman do just enough to make a SMALL profit, when LARGE profits are not much more expensive? Your childish diatribes against Cohen and the hockey fans here in South Florida are really getting old. You moved away and you can't stand the fact that there are still thousands of people here who enjoy the Panthers. You tried so hard to impress us with your "ski trip" this past weekend, yet guess where you were? You were right here on the board trying to show us all your new location. Sad, really.

It should be a good game and I'll be cheering for the Cats to pull off a much needed win. Glad to see you are so interested in South Florida and how we South Floridians spend our money here. Conversely, we have absolutely no interest in you or Irvine.

DB overplays Beau and the minutes are costing us now. Hurry back McCabe and Horton!!!!!!!! We need you! I don't know where all this talk about Bouwmeester costing the team (or that he's playing poorly) comes from. Fact is, in the loss to Buffalo he was a +1 and played a solid game. The guy who cost the the Panthers in that game was Boynton who didn't shut off Paille on his goal. Boynton was too slow on the play and didn't get the job done. And in case you haven't noticed, Bouwmeester's minutes have slightly decreased in recent games. Against Buffalo he didn't go over the 26 minute mark. He's even dropped to 3rd in the league in avg TOI. But the guy whose absence is costing the team is McCabe. The PP isn't the same with him not out there and on a team without a strong PP, missing a key guy really hurts. McCabe should be back shortly (and maybe even tonight), but Horton is probably gone until almost the end of the season.

OK, THANK YOU: You answered the main question: If Alan Cohen is a brilliant businessman & multi-millionaire that knows a quality hockey product would put 18,000 customers in the building and thus, dramatically increase profits...... Then, based on your version of Economics 101, he really is just extraordinarily incompetent !! Again, Thanks for clearing this up. Can't argue with the record since 2001.

I would have to agree with some/most of the other posters here. If "Irvine, California" is all that it's cracked up to be, with the climbing, biking, skiing etc. WHAT IN THE **** are you doing here? Answer? You're a huge loser who only sees the biking, skiing, etc on your local newscast. You're most likely "holed up" in some one bedroom shiithole in the scummy area of Mexicana with your pud in your hand. Later loser.

Bouwmeester isn't costing this team at all. He's been one their best players night in and night out. To say otherwise is idiotic. Every player makes mistakes here and there that causes a goal against. That's hockey.
