Wow, Scanlon, your arguments are terrible. You have shared no reason why the Bruins should be bad ... "Can Thomas duplicate last season between the pipes? Doubt it. Will Chara skate off with another Norris? Doubt it. Can Claude Julien push all the right buttons again?" ... care to put any reasoning behind those comments? and what about Frongillo's comment "Savard, Ryder and Krejci reach the 30-goal plateau this season, while Bergeron, Wheeler, Lucic, Sturm, Recchi and Chuck Kobasew are each capable of scoring over 20 goals." So maybe Savard and Kreiji get 20 a piece - with a deep offence like that and a solid defence with good tending, not sure you have a leg to stand on?... "As for their defense, I see the loss of Aaron Ward as being a huge one. Ward had the ability to settle the troops down. His leadership will be missed" ... Aaron Ward settles down the troops is your reasoning for a lapse in defence... what about Captain Chara or seasoned Mark Recchi ... surely, they have to add some element of leadship ...
