Being back in Minnesota seems like old times for Stars' Modano

Mike Modano, the last guy standing from the roster of the old North Stars franchise that raced off to Dallas in 1993, dropped into the Twin Cities on Saturday to play a little hockey against the Wild.

If this turns out to be Modano's last season, it would be very fitting for his NHL career to end here in MN.

Punk! Remember when the NORTHStars moved to Dallas he criticized Minnesota hockey fans saying we wouldn't pay $30 a ticket to see hockey. Then he went on to say prices in Dallas were $80 and the arena is full. He said the NHL would never make it in Minnesota.@#$% him.
