Why can't everyone just agree that the reason the Penguins are blowing this series away is because they have a superior goaltender?
The shots hve been almost double in the Rangers' favor - yet the Pens still get more through. The Rangers have missed some extrordinary opportunities that have nothing to do with Avery or his not so nasty Pens counterpart. And Shanahan should keep his veteran ass out of the crease and it has nothing to do with a coach whining about it, it has to do with how the gam should be played.
And as for Crosby getting special treatment - I say PSHAW! Stop whining and take advantage of your own questionable powerplays, Rangers.

They don't just have a superior goaltender. They're superior to the Rags in every respect and in every area of the ice. The series ends tonight and the team and the NY media can get down to some serious whining and finger-pointing.

it isnt just the goalie. its the forwards and the D. They have played better than the Rangers. Anyone can see it.

Rangers have a decent core as well: Lundqvist, Staal, Callahan, Dubinsky, Girardi, etc.. We didnt have the luxury of sucking as bad as the Pens did and receiving very high draft pics.

game 3:i dont remember and i dont wanna remember
game 4: orpik checks jagr really really late after jagrs goal. little unsportsmanlike? whatever
game 5:malone highsticks drury to the extent where chris is bleeding and the ice surface turns red. the exact opposite happened in the third period and drury did it on accident, it would be called regardless, well drury highsticks malone and malone doesnt even have a cut on him, and WE WERE CALLED, not them, for a double minor highstick
