This is not time to blame anybody rather to listened to the cry of Edo people who have been sufering beyond what human beings can bear during your reign. The hope and expectations of Edo people during your coronation in 1979 has been washed under the carpet. You that was educated in England your palace is an arena to vote in the opposition of your choice. Are you happy with the way you rule Edo people?.I am not talking here about your chiefs and ceremonies rather about lack of development and progress in the land and in the lives of Edo people and the suffering you see on the street on a daily basis. For example, you allowed your grate grand fathers Market in front of your house to be occupied by toys and criminals. The Benin MOTS has been sold and destroyed little left.schools destroyed, No pipe born water in the land, No electricity, No good roads, One parcel of land is being sold to five buyer in your domain.Why blaming the Igbinedions it is the position you gave them that they are operating in. They are indirectly telling you that you have failed Edo people and they are ready to take over. Give them the chance.

How could you blame the Oba of Benin? Yes, he has influence but he does not have executive, legislative or judicial power. Lucky Igbinedion had executive power and is the one that should be made accountable to the people that supposedly elected him. Our gripe is with the Igbinedions because they abused executive power. The Oba never asked for anybody's vote. Lucky solicited votes only to betray the voters.

Its righly known in the bini tradition, that there is a saying in bini kingdom, there is no amount of anger by Oba of bini can never destroy his bid which is his crown , its means can not kill his own son.
