When I visited University of Ibadan in the eighties, I was alarmed that there was no basic amenities like water systems for the students to use for basic use. They had to line up their buckets outside for the ample water they needed for the next day use. If you had to follow this routine I am sure they will become distracted and unfocused in their academic affairs. It is time members of the government would visit each institute of learning , inspect it, interview users and make recommendations for advancement.
