Vick never spent one second in jail for animal cruelty. Poindexter made sure he didn't. He hasn't paid his debt yet but he will by not playing football.

The people who write these forums(there is more Topix) seem to think our opinions about Michael Vick come from one person or group like Ingrid Newkirk, PETA, etc. This isn't coming from someone TELLING the world that they are SUPPOSED to be or not to be disgusted with Vick. They just ARE sickened and disgusted with Mike Vick. I thought it very interesting that the petitions circulated on the Care 2 site had signatures from all over the WORLD expressing their disgust about Mike Vick. And they weren't all Americans stationed in other countries either. What he did is DISGUSTING.

By our count, The 6 teams that have showed nothing remotely close to bravery or leadership on this issue are and might therefore be considering picking up Michael Vick are:

Baltimore Ravens or on twitter
Green Bay Packers or on twitter
Carolina Panthers (Whose home state experienced a murder that might be related to the Michael Vick gambling ring) or email feedback@panthers.nfl.com
Pittsburgh Steelers or contact or by email at steelersfeedback@yahoo.com (note the Steelers almost came off this list but their non-answer doesn’t give them any points for being brave enough to stand up against violent criminals)
San Diego Chargers or on twitter or contact them here or comment on their new blog
Cleveland Browns or on twitter
So in addition if you want to protest some actual teams in addition to the NFL and Roger Goodell, these are the teams that just don’t seem to get it.
