I agree with you Alex Smith is a loser. Now in his second year, he doesn't look like he can even play as a backup QB. Garbage, no talent, no skills.

I'll wait until the end of this season and make an evaluation then. Coach Nolan and Norv Turner may be able to make a QB out of him yet.

i watched alex smith (and reggie bush) while they both played in HS at helix high in san diego. although my school played against his (and won), i always respected his play and knowledge of the game. give him a little bit more time, he will get better... just not this sunday when the CHARGERS dominate the 49ers.

For anybody thats hating on young alex smith & the niners, your all haters of the team who won 5 Suberbowls before dallas or pittsburg. Yes, his rookie season he threw 1 td & 11 picks. This year he's already proved that he's progressing besides the Kansas city game while going into their bye week with 8 touchdowns an 4 ints. Put that ratio together retards an thats 9 tds for 15 picks in almost his first whole season(16 games). So do the math an more than likely he'll finish out this season with 22 touchdowns an more than likely 10-12 ints. So over then span of a season an a half, he will be digging his way outta the shit hole all the haters throw him in an his stats will be at 23 tds & 21 ints. Not great but with Norv Turner in the box calling the plays, it wouldn't be long till the niners are back on top of the nfc west an the first team too have 6, yes i said 6, superbowl wins. F*ck all u haters.
