I hear dig fighting is on the rise since he got his second chance too in Philly.

Hsus wanted all of vicks victims put down.fortunately best friends and animal behaviorists stopped the euthanasia.only two were put down,55 were saved. pacelle lost all credibility when he aligned with Vick.dog fighting particularly in phila,is blood on his hands.
