It was close the Haight Ashbury and they mention flower power in the video, lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch... Candlestick was built for the SF Giants baseball team, the niners came in later. Kool! I wonder if Kezar was the stadium where Dirty Harry shot the Zodiac Killer in, "Dirty Harry"? When I was a kid, it always seemed like the baseball "Game Of The Week" was the Dodgers versus the Giants at Candlestick. I've heard it was an awful place the place with the wind playing havoc most of the time. I also recall watching an All-Star game when I was sweating in New Orleans and folks in SF were wearing coats- IN JULY!

LOL, the best time of year to go to the beach, and be able to see it, is winter. It is usually foggy in the summer but not as much in winter. It was the stadium in the Dirty Harry movie, I looked it up when Geno asked.

A dude I knew from there said September was their summer.

I JUST wondered the same thing about Kezar and Dirty Harry LOL Aside from watching games here on WGN and at Wrigley, Curt and Tony were our links to the big leagues then. It was a treat seeing Mays and Koufax on TV and in person.
