Huddle Up: Bears looking at ex-Jet receiver?

The Nashville Tennessean reported that free-agent receiver from Justin McCareins , from Naperville North and Northern Illinois, has drawn interest from the Bears after visiting the Titans this week. via Chicago Tribune

I don't understand what the Bears are doing. First they get Lloyd, now McCariens. What are they trying to do, corner the market on worthless receivers?
