NFL Draft: Jets' Picks
Comment: Will help fill one of the needs the Jets had entering the draft by giving coach Eric Mangini a player who can be used at cornerback and safety, as well as someone who can return punts.

I've watched Lowery's career since high school here in Santa Cruz, CA and he has always dominated the field of play. He had significantly fewer pics his senior year but that was because there were many game in which the opposing QB threw only one or two passes to his side of the field the entire game. He effectively eliminated 1/2 the field for the passing game. He has awesome instincts and moves to the ball such that he will give the Jets D an immediate new dimension.
