I guess when all you have to offer in support of one of the most vile, cruel, and insidious degenerates to ever make the news is, "We all deserve a second chance", you know that wears off quite quickly and soon has very little meaning. You know there is no good reason why a young, wealthy, successful NFL QB should have to, or more appropriately in this case, want to, engage in a multi state dogfighting operation so the only thing you have left is the pitiful "second chance" proverbial chant. And that runs dry very quickly doesn't it? The reason he did it is because he is a thug. He is void of normal compassion for a living sentient being and insensitive to some of the most cruel savagery ever inflicted upon innocent dogs. I'm pretty sure I know the reason why you and most others defend and support vick and second chances have nothing to do with it. You know it too but admitting it would only make you out to be even more pathetic than you already are. Your right ,he is a thug. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/2/keep-michael...

No team is going to think Vick can just step in a be a starter and 30 year old backup Quarterbacks who are hated by a sizeable portion of society do not make millions of dollars. Perhaps Vick's best bet is the new pro football league that is supposed to open this fall. They'll need all the attention they can get and Vick may not be able to play anymore but there will still be some interest in seeing him play.

Just in case someone from the NFL thinks that Michal Vick is worth the loss that the NFT will incurr if they sign a contract with Michal Vick - let me assure them that even the 'die-hard' NFL customers and fans will spit on the box office vs. buy tickets to the games.

He didn't agree to pay for anything relative to the care of those dogs, it was forced upon him and part of his sentencing judegment. RESTITUTION JUDGMENT: 1.Pursuant to the agreement contained in paragraph 8 of the defendant's Plea Agreement, MICHAEL VICK is sentenced to pay $928,073.04 as restitution for the past, present, and long term care of all dogs which were previously the subject of the civil action known as United States v. Approximately 53 Pit Bull Does. Case No. 3:07CV397. good article

You cant be out of the game for two years then all of a sudden come in a starter. they want to use him as a scatback then maybe work him into qb if needed. this has been said since day one, anyone who knows football knows this. he'll play again, and someone is going to take a chance on him.

And I bet whatever team does get him they will see an increase in revenue. I think its a minority of them that would actually "spit" as you say at the box office.I think you guys are overestimating how many NFL fans really could care less. and personally I dont think its that strong of a movement to keep him out the nfl. He has already been reinstated and there are still teams that havent said no.(btw that list going around is short a team) I think somebody will pick him up they will protest and it will die down eventually.

There are 45 million reasons why he won't be traded.
I also know Tim Ruskell of the Seahawks would never take him. Can you imagine all the coffee drinkers out here after a double tall mocha latte'? He would get thrown off the Space Needle.

I just watched a 1 hour show yesterday, about an organization that is trying to heal and rehabilitate the dogs from his "kennel". Its sick what this man has done... ie surgically removing teeth from breeding stock females so they can't fight back when put into the rape stands he had. Its sickening to see these dogs that are literally shredded to bits... physically and mentally.
I will immediately lose respect for any organization that chooses to be affiliated with that sort of a cruel, heartless individual. I don't care if he's done his time... I would not in a million years be offering him a job. Playing in the NFL is a priveledge.
