All O had to do was look at the date and see that it was an OTA day- great scoop Mr. Dolphin wannabe. Typical media- get no facts and no follow up and report on the radio that it really happened.

Lets not jump to conclusions here folks. From the looks of the charges, it looks like Vontae's story checks out. It is clearly a case of mistaken identity.

Why isn't the license valid? Most likely because it was being held by another person. Davis himself claimed that his wallet was stolen, lending credence to the theory that someone was using his identity falsely.
