1 1.San Deago Chargers-They are in an easy div. the easiest in the AFC. And next season they finally get to smash New England at home. Next year I look for the Chargers with their easy schedule to go undefeated in their div., give Tom Brady and Bill Belichick quite possible their biggest blowout loss ever at San Deago and maybe just maybe win out all their games against the AFC East. 2.Indianapolis Colts-See Article and adding to that the fact that the Colts may have lost less in the off season then any other team in the NFL. 3.Cleveland Browns-The Browns needed linemen and they got them by trading for NT-Shaun Rogers and DL-Corey Redding. Dantai Stallworth may also be a pretty good free agent acquisition and I like the FA signing of CB-Fabian Washington he is a strong under achiever. 4.Houston Texans-That's right the Texans, I see them as a sleeper team next year. Since last season their offense was suvearly hurt by injuries and I like the leadership EX Pats DE/OLB Rosivelt Colvin brings to the table of the Houston Texans. 5.Jackson Ville-See Article |

No Steelers in the top 5 eh? Well, to each their own. I think the Texans are a stretch...but I also appreciate the courage in picking them above the likes of the AFC strong. I'd never advice anyone to pick a season's victory by means of observing how "supposedly" easy their schedule is. Teams rise and fall every year. As a big homer, I've gotta go with: 1. Pattycakes 2. Colts 3. Bolts 4. Steelers 5. Jaguars |
A real reach considering they have no key running back and Andre Johnson (#1 WR) is a fragile as glass...lately spends more time on the Texans injury report than on the field. Infact, had yet another knee injury during OTA's this off season. Defense is improving fast but they still insist on settle for other teams garbage for running backs. They will be 8-8 at best again and still stink up Houston and AFC South. |

1 You, know something LZ, your right, the Steelers are good every single season. So for that reason, I am taking Jacksonville out of my top 5 and replacing them with Pittsburgh. Also keep in mind that of all the teams who have had the easiest schedule since 2002 only 1 has made the playoffs and the exact same goes for all the teams who have lost the Super Bowl since 2002. |

I believe I saw some stats to back that up on NFL Access last night. Something about...how statistically speaking, only one team in 2007 "actually" had as tough a schedule as its 2006 records indicated. Go Steelers! |

1 seriously. there will be no alarms and no surprises with the top 5 nfl teams. i must say the steelers have a hell of a tough schedule though. it's alright, my chargers won't whip you too bad when we travel to catsup field in november, we'll only beat you by nine points or so... go bolts. |

1 Chargers, Colts, and Steelers will smash the Pats next season. WHAT PART OF THE GIANT SUPER BOWL LOSS THE PATS HAD DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. The Pats R 18* and DONE without CHEATING with that Giant super bowl loss on their back and aging defense + just look at how much they have lost in the off season. I'd take the Colts, Jags, Steelers, Charges, Texans and Browns next season over the 18* and DONE without CHEATING Patriot losers any day. PS. Lindy's Magazine has always complimented the Pats on their defense every single year. For example last year they said it should be interesting how many good ways Bill Belichick can use Adalias Thomas. But not this year. They have said that if it is defense that wins championship then the Pats don't have it. And I think they are right on the money since the Pats lost the super bowl. I also look at the Celtics NBA championship win and the Pats Super bowl loss as the start of a new yearly championship contender in Boston (the Celtics) and the end of an old (the Patriots). Also keep in mind that since 2002 of all the teams who have had the easiest schedule only one has made the playoffs and the same goes for all the teams who have lost the super bowl. Also no QB on a team with 3 or more superbowls under their belts has ever returned to a super bowl after losing one. Just look at Brett Favre. |

1 Look, I agree with all your team's except for the Pats. Since I highly highly doubt they will be doing much more with that Giant super bowl loss on their backs. |

1 Well you know since 2002 of all the teams who have had the easiest schedule only one has made the playoffs the following year and the same goes for all the teams who have lost the super bowl. And since 2002 of all the teams who have had the toughest schedule 50% of them have made the playoffs. So all though the Steelers may not win their div., I highly doubt they will not be in the playoffs next season. |

you just wait and see aol. chargers by 9 points at heinz. |
|
all i know is my team can't seem to beat NE. sort of like the colts not having much luck with the chargers of late. the fact is NE has the easiest nfl schedule this coming season and they're still atop the afc until somebody can knock them off. trust me, i hope you're right and they have a horrible season because i'd rather see ANY other afc team at the top besides NE and of course oakland. |

NEVER forget...passion and pure anger breeds teams with vengence. That's the beauty of the NFL. no matter how good you are...you can fall. And the only reason is YOU. Your team.

1 Trust me, it's time for your team to beat New England. About 90% of the AFC championship rematch games get reversed with who wins and who doesn't, that and injuries are why the Pats squeaked by the Colts at the dome last season. I also never would have thought Peyton Manning could win a game @ Foxburroh, then in 2005 right after New England knocked his team out of the playoffs winning 21-3 (sound familiar) he smashed them by a whopping 19 points. I think your Chargers can beat New England at San Diego by twice that much. So just trust me Super bowl loss NO MATTER WHAT TEAM YOU ARE if you have won one or more super bowls it = no better then 13-3 and losing in the second round of the playoffs NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. |
