First day on the job after Rex's signing a couple days ago and Haugh is already bad mouthing Grossman. Give it up man, Rex doesn't play for the BEARS anymore thanks to poor coaching, idiot fans, and the worst media in the world including you.

Don't tell me .... you're a Viking fan, right? Because only an IDIOT (as you like to say) Viking fan would defend Grossman. Rex has a rocket arm --- that's it! Problem is, the damn rocket goes to the wrong team. I'll give Rex his due and say he did man up when he admitted his "ship had sailed" here after the SB debacle, but don't call us IDIOT fans just because HE SCREWED UP!

Texas is welcome to the fumblebum. He's too short, can't scramble, doesn't make key plays and NEVER should have been the 'hope' that the Bears pin'd on 'em. Kind of like either of the two other Texas Bush-leaguers [George's 1 &/or 2].
The Texans won't get very far being widdle Rex, he's... minor league all the way.

Thank God he's no longer on the Bears!! I'd be very surprised if Wrecks ever got to start an NFL game again.

However, I WILL miss watching him scamper backwards after the snap....that was always bizarre!!! And, no other quarterback ever rode the John Deere cart with such poise!

GO BEARS!! Give Cutler some help at WR already!

They've learned their lesson with Grossman. Now if we can just get the Bears to quit drafting running backs from Penn State we'll be all set! Go Bears!

Bye bye Wrecks, so long and thanks for the fish. Watch what we do with an NFL QB now. You were satisfied just getting to The Show. We're going back to win it with JC. Every frakkin year. Go Bears!!!

Just a realist, but I believe Grossman's record as a starter is Grossly inaccurate. If it wasn't for Mr. Hester and the half decent defense that year, Mr. Grossman's record would be more like .500 or average. But he did himself no favors by starting the following season, after the SB, with a dreadful start. Just showed his true colors with no Hester & Defense to back him up. But to be fair, he did man up and took it like a man while here. GOODLUCK! Your going to need it!

HAUGH-

I hope this is THE LAST REX GROSSMAN article.

We get from ya...
Rex, Lovie, Babich and Turner are ALL symbols of past s-crew-ups of this team past.
Like Rexxy said the Bears are his past, can't wait until we can say the same about the others.
Time to move forward Bear fans... COME-on Pre-season!!!

"Everything was moving real fast for me, so hopefully it'll slow down in training camp,"

That's the Rex Grossman Bears fans know.

Haugh writing about Grossman, there's a column no one needs to read. Haugh finally after 6 years admits what all bears fans knew from watching gut wrenching qb play, Rex was a limited player the bears made a mistake on. Now if Haugh would just stand up and state the obvious about those responsible for wasting a number one draft pick and 5 years of our lives on a mistake; and it was Angelo's and Lovie's mistake. Rex shouldn't be the only one that has to suffer because of the bears management's failures.

BTW, after being named the starter for the Denver Broncos, Kyle Orton promply went out and threw 5 interceptions! And he's been in the system for more than an hour! These two will never stop competing!!

We will continue seeing articles on Favre, Wrecks and Orton every slow news day for the rest of their careers. The good news is that I'm guessing that won't be too long.

Before we dump our WR's, let's find out if they can play now that we have a real QB!

Thank goodness Orton is gone!

Today can be one of the most romantic this month, as the nurturing Moon lights up your fifth house. Express your love and affection and find it returned to you several times over; you can multiply your joy today by spreading it around. Watch out for too much of a good thing, however. There are bound to be killjoys who will resent your blithe spirit; don't waste your happiness on those who are enjoying a foul mood.
