What about Peterson? Wasn't he a rookie. What goes around comes around. Packers will have the vikings all screwed up with their new defense. I see now, the viking organization is starting to rid players to free up money for Favre. I am almost sure that the front office of the packers really don't care but Favre is crapping on the fans who made him wealthy. When he hears the boos when entering Lambeau on Nov. 1 he will realize that the die hard packer fans have moved on. He will cry but the fans get the last laugh. JMHO
Peterson is the exception, not the rule. Like I posted earlier, Raji may excel in his first year, but I would not bet on it.

Without a defense, how optimistic can Mark Murphy(Alfred E. Neuman) get?
If the offensive line doesn't get immediate help from this draft, then, coupled with the screen door defense, this team is in trouble.
Rodgers has played well, but even Marino found out how tough it is without a supporting cast. TT has pinched the pennies, and the roster is reflective of that cheapness. McMuffin cleaned out some coaches, so now we can see if the true McMuffin is last years version, or the year before when he coached the NFC in the Pro-Bowl.
Here's to last year. HOWL!!!!!
Compare our coach to the Elf. No comparison. Packers win hands down.
If your privey to the Packer organazation they have never been known to pay a lot for any player. They also are known to trade down for more picks. Unlike 3 years ago when they drafted the Packers Quarterback. How do YOU know they don't have a chance? I think it's time to play the game. The vikings NEED Favre to boost their sales. How many times has the viking been close to a blackout? Better get the money now because when he chokes it will be a different story. It is the only comment Viking fans can say HOWL. What does that mean?

It's on our blog too, so go talk to your viking buddies if you want to make comments, Packer fans are way above your Viking intellect.

I'll give you that McMuffin is probably a better coach then Elf (aka Klink), but that's not exactly a ringing endorsement. As far as the Vikings spending on free agents, I think I can speak for all Viking fans that we are glad the penny pinching days of Red McCombs is over. We now have an owner that is willing to spend up to the salary cap, and not some 20 million plus under the cap like the Packer organization does. But hey, if you're happy with not bringing in all the free agent talent you possibly can, then we here in Viking land are thrilled about it. Here's to another 6-10 season for ya.

"Packers punt on Favre, Vikings" This title wasn't accidental, was it? Considering how dismal the Packer's punting game was last year, I believe this title was either intensional or a Freudian slip.

Hey IA fan, got a joke for ya. What do Billy Graham and the Vikings have in common? They both fill the Metrodome and also make you hang your head and say Jesus Christ!

Packer Management acted with class? As a 29 year packer fan I have to disagree!

Hiring Ari Flesher to spin stories of improper team contact, mystery team cell phones, ignoring a HOF players phone calls, offering him 25million not to play, and trading him like a piece of trash to a siberian 3 win team and trying to discredit #4 in the media was pretty classless. What it was? Petty, nasty, disrespectful.

I was barely able to stomach it. Even my husband who is a die hard 29 year cowboys fan was shocked, he expects the cowboys owner to do stuff like that.

You talk about loyalty? Favre gave to the Packers organization and community for over 16 years. The least our management should have done is a conditional release. Not a disgusting trade or offer to make him not play at all.

Packers did horribly last year under Arod. Arod had the luxury of having the same team Farve had in 2007. He also has been waiting in the wings with the playbook in hand for 3_ years. If anything he had everything in hsi favor to win games, but only walked away with 6 wins! 2 of those wins against the lions for goodness sakes a .000 team!

Favre on the other hand beat the Titans, Cardinals, New England, Miami, he is far from washed up. He did that with a new team and playbook mere weeks before the season started.

If he can play great!

Just get out of the cold and get in that stadium you call a football stadium.

The messiha is coming to bring disharmoney to your club house as he did the Jets last year.

McMuffin has proven nothing, especially last year's 6-10 makes one ponder. He is TT's yes man, but is finding out that he hired onto the one year wonders circus merry go round and can't find a soft spot to eject off onto. TT is destroying the level of talent by moving off the blue chippers to get to the cow chippers, decked out in smelly cheese. Rodgers has only proven to pile up stats, but lacks the wins to make him a considered threat. Go ahead and sign TT and MM to a lifetime contract, then start praying for the end to come soon. HOWL!!!!!!(Laughing loudly with much vigor)
