Judge it!
There are multiple things that anger me about this case but I will stick to just two.
#1 The media jumped all over the fact that Stallworth tested positive for cannabis and yet virtually downplayed his .12 BAC which is over 30% above the legal limit.
#2 How the hell does this guy get off with 30 days after MURDERING someone with a motor vehicle while DRUNK and we have people serving YEARS for possession of an ounce of cannabis?
Oh yeah, I forgot, it works like everything else in this country all the way up to Presidential Elections. Whoever has the money wins.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth told police he drank up to four shots of premium tequila while partying with friends at a Miami Beach club but did not feel drunk in the hours before he struck and killed a pedestrian with his car.
