Cleveland Browns George Kokinis is out as General Manager

He's out. The Cleveland Browns confirmed to Fox 8 News Monday that General Manager George Kokinis, is "no longer actively involved with the organization." Amidst rampant rumors that Kokinis was escorted out of the building, the Browns say the gossip holds no water.

It will be nice to see Bernie Kosar teaching the quarterbacks how to find a reciever from the fetal position and throwing a pass from the seated position, like he used to do.

why do they keep firing all these managers and coachs? maybe the owner should sell the browns. I blame him for clevelands demise. fire lerner. they have a good coach. maybe they should also try taking money away from the players!!! if they play lousey they dont get paid. maybe they will fight for their money!!!

Oh, there was someone actually managing the Browns??? Could've fooled me! Bring in someone who knows something about football like my 12 year old son!

If I remember correctly, Butch Davis was there 3 1/2 years. The team saw steady improvement in years 1-3. Then they struggled during the first half of year 4, and Davis was run out of town.

How can the Browns expect to improve, if they don't allow someone to stay long enough to build?
