I wouldn't say they are a joke they have a system and stick with it, you read what Sharper said that he was handcuffed last year in that he played an area and was unable to use his ballhawking skills, if Chilly would be willing to be flexible it would help, but I WOULDN'T CALL THEM FAILURES.
