He is going to wind up on the PUP list for the first 6 weeks anyway, no way he will be ready for the opener.
If the NFL players have not received the memo yet, there is a new sheriff in town in the commish office! The previous commish didn't do diddly regarding personal conduct, so boys wake up and smell the java!

Jim: The Michael Vick case will tell us what kind of Sheriff Commissioner Goodell is. Vick should be banned from the NFL for life.
