The Best Opponent For The Packers In The Super Bowl

Full story: NBC New York

Power rankings. You hate them. They're so arbitrary and pointless, especially when they include all 32 NFL teams.

The BEST opponent for the Packers in the Super Bowl would definitely be the Broncos, for many reasons. Unfortunately, that is about as likely as the Broncos going on a six game win streak.

Its God's perfect plan for His Glory to have GB vs Broncos in the Super Bowl. 2 believers in Jesus Christ facing off... The media will eat it up!

Okay. That is not one of the reasons I had in mind, but who am I to argue with God's perfect plan? I am curious though. In God's plan, which QB does God intend to smite?

BTW I've heard that the media is full of Godless heathens. Why will they eat it up?

GB would be the winner in that scenario. God would want Aaron (team) to break Miami's no loss record and achieve back to back SB wins. Secondly, Tebow is the rookie, not likely for him to win the SB on his first attempt, just him being there would be glorious. At any rate, God gets the glory either way. An awesome display of 2 Godly men, played before millions.

I did not want to watch the Royal wedding in England a few months back, but my wife insisted. I was amazed and so thankful I did; the entire ceremony was full Christian and Jesus was mention several times ... Millions around the world were watching!

I said "the media would eat it up"; meaning it would get most the attention (because of the controversy). I didn't say they would all be saved in the middle of it. But here's the cool thing ... millions will be watching and exposed to Jesus, whether it be directly or indirectly. Remember, we are getting close to the end times, people are searching for the truth, and things are heating up in the middle east; God wants everyone to have an opportunity to know Jesus before He returns. I can't think of a better venue than the SB to expose Jesus to the world ...

Good. I like the idea of millions upon millions watching the Packers win another NFL Championship. I can't think of a better ending. I guess God can't either. He's okay with me. The Doobie Brothers were right: Jesus is just alright with me, Jesus is just alright, oh yeah . . .

Welcome Charlie! That's the amazing thing about God, His ways are not our ways. So, even though we think the Saints are the likely matchup against GB for the NFC title, its God who wills the winners of the games/playoffs. We merely follow His leading. I am only speculating that GB vs Broncs would be a glory to God ...

Thank you,

The Packers have already beaten the Saints. So the Saints need to get past the Packers. And before that happens the Saints need to get past the 49ers and at least one other team. You better hope that you don't have to play the Seahawks again. Plus, apparently God is not on the Saints side. Tough luck dude.

Why would I wish that? beachking told me about God. Didn't you read the comments above? I'm always happy to hear about new Packer fans, but I don't push. It's no skin off my nose if anyone wants to root for some other loser team. You asked a question and I answered it. Don't get pissy now Nancy. If you didn't want an answer, you shouldn't have asked.

I did what an answer. Beachking is not God. You are a fool if you believe anything that everyone says.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Pisces

Relationships are kind of shaky under this Lunar Cycle and you may even get the distinct impression you're heading for a major showdown with a certain someone. Although this feels like a crisis, don't let panic or desperation push you into decisions you would normally steer clear of. You may think you've reached the end of the road, but this isn't a good reason to go off the deep end and make drastic decisions. Proceed with caution!
