It stands to reason that Matt Cassel can put up decent numbers in 2012 with a strong running game behind him . But we all know he must improve his game for him to do a good job within the system . We all know he doesn't possess God given skills . By staying true to his strengths and improving on his weaknesses in OTA's and training camp . If 2010 is indicative of his capabilities throwing for 27 TD's and giving up just 7 INT's behind a very bad offensive line .
If you can remember in New England with a much better O-Line than ours he led them to the playoffs . I believe in this day and time we have better run game a better defense and specialty teams than he had in New England for support with exception of Tom Brady at QB ! So ! If we're going to get behind the team lets get behind the team all 53 ok ! Lets Go All the Way Chiefs in 2012 !

I agree...KC has has had an inferior O.L. for several years, so now at last Cassel has a reasonable opportunity to progess, given that the weapons and protection seem to be in place in 2012.
