Colts welcome presence of Rice

There's an old saying that goes something like this: "with fire we test the gold, and with gold we test the servants." This adversity will only make us stronger! I am excited to see how our beloved Colts will weather this storm, and THEY WILL!!!

Why not just let Hunter angle the ball out of bounds. I see no reason to replace Hunter Smith it's surely not his fault no one on special can tackle.

Glad to see that some of the injured players where in practice and hopefully will be in the game Sunday.
I was hoping to hear how Harrison was doing. The longer he is out. The more I wonder if his injury is season ending.
The biggest problem they need to address is special teams. The offense and defense can't continue to make up for their inability to stop punt returns.

I wouldnt say they need to try out punters, they just need to go clone a few Bob Sanders and throw them on special teams. But seriously, I hope they do not try to replace Hunter the Punter. Its not his fault that the other 10 guys can't tackle. How many times have we seen him make the tackle?

On both runbacks against San Diego, the kickers were the only ones who even got near the returner. That is really sad. On the other hand, both were POOR kicks. The kickoff was taken at the 12 with little hang time and the punt was short and a line drive, again with little hang time. It's the whole package, not just the tacklers.

I don't think that is something to worry about. The team has been treating Sanders injury with kid gloves so to not reagravate the problem. Sanders has played games this year while not participating in all the team practices.

It's even, Larry Johnson missed with a foot injury. Denver took out Marvin Harrison and sent us Simeon Rice! WOW! God is working overtime.

They may not be doing you any favors. His stats are awful the last 2 years. There is a reason why you only paid 350K, this is last stop before bagging groceries.

Rice seems pretty confident, almost cocky...and I think I like it. I bet he makes a few play Sunday, mark my words!! Immediate dividends.

I am rooting for you. I would love to have a rematch in the playoffs. I just hope you guys get there.

Luckily I don't play pro football! When we lost to you guys I didn't get over it til last Sun. when Peyton started throwing those INT's. I think the fans probaly take it way harder than the players. It was obvious we weren't over that lose as a team against the Charger's until the second half. i think we will play like a team possesed against the Chiefs on Sunday We get some key players back(Clark,Ugho,Keiaho) they all practised yesterday. I don't know whats up with Marvin. I think that's really our biggest hole on our team. Freeney being gone is huge but our "D"s been playing awsome!We will still be able to stop the run without any problems. That's huge because w/ 90% of the teams in the NFL if you stop the run your golden! Specialy in Jan. Yeah two in a row is freekin no fun at all. But we still lead the AFC South by a game and we're right in there for second in the AFC! We'll be fine!! When we get healed up you will see a drastic change on special teams. Look forward to playing you again also. I hate you guys, but then what would we have without COLTS VS PATS Rivalry! This is great for the game!

We haven't had even a descent SPECIAL teams in years! And our franchise is the most consistant when it comes to winning in the NFL! Remember last year our special teams was no better than this year! The only fresh meat I smell is Charger meat! Good Luck makin it to the big dance! 5-4 or 7-2 I'll take 7-2!! TWO IN A ROW BRO!!!

A lot of people believed you couldn't build a run defense in the middle of the season either, so we built it at the end, just in time for the playoffs.
