Favre is a great player that was treated very poorly by current top Packer management. Let's give McCarthy, Thompson, etc. one way Greyhound bus passes out of Cheezland!
Other teams like the Vikes are glad to have him on board. Hope Favre can win another Super Bowl this year!

Well lets see, Favre backstabbed the Packer fans last year, even calling up other teams to help them with the Packers playbook. I think he deserves any "jeering" that he will get. He also went on National Fox TV to try to trash the Packer organization. Favre retired, many, including him can't seem to comprehend that. Or were all those crocodile tears he cried during his "lost his love for the game" retirement speech.

The pain caused by Favre joining the Vikings was horrible. I thought he loved us Packer Fans. He went to a rival team out of spite. Not caring how us Cheeseheads would feel. Him playing for the love of the game is hogwash. I never thought Favre would become who he became. A media hungry, selfish NFL player. He is forgotten in our home and I hope he's forgotten in other Wisconsin homes as well. Real Packer fans will NOT cheer this traitor in next weeks game.

I would hope the Packer fans would cheer him! I ask you, when he first retired from Green Bay the day he choked up on t.v.,What did Ted Thompson or Mike McCarthy say about Brett? I will answer this for you,NOT ONE THING! they sat there and said nothing! And if you remember, nothing was going on then! But,they never said Thank You Brett for what you meant to this Packers or football! I lost respect for these 2 guys because of this!If the Packers felt he wasn't good enough for Green Bay,which he returned to play for Green Bay! And then they lock him out,are you kidding me! Mark Murphy said on t.v., we will welcome him back with open arms! Yea right! The guy has done so much for us Packer fans,he was fun! Had one losing season for us! We were 13-3 his last season, but were moving on! I like Aaron! The packers actually offered to pay for him to stay retired! Are you serious! The guy is not good enough to play for you anymore, but we don't want you to play for Minnesota! We better take a good long hard look at who is running this show in Green Bay!(Ted and the Mike and Mark show!) They are a joke! At least show we have classy fans and respect and honor Brett! Cheer for him,he didn't do this on his own,our Management did some of this! Everyone blames Favre,he is not 100% wrong! You know he wanted to play for Green Bat,otherwise him and his wife Deanna wouldn't have flown up here to play! I never thought i would see Packer fans treat our great ex-players like this! Hey Reggie went and played for Carolina! Hey V.Lombardi went to Washington! Did we hate these guys? No we loved them! So,give Favre a cheer, let him know we do care about him like all Packer fans should! He deserves that!

I'm a lifelong Packer fan. I loathe the Vikings. It's that simple. If I were at the game, I would join the cascade of boos that awaits him.

I have been a Packer fan since I was a little kid. I remember the not so great years then came Brett Favre. He made the game fun to watch. It was even better that the team was doing good. Then he decided he didn't want to play anymore. I was sad, but still a Packer fan. He came back to the Pack! Yay, all was well again. Then he decided to leave again. I got used to it after a while. Then the Packers decided they didn't want him back. Was I mad, yeah, still a fan though. Then they went and jerked him around. If they didn't want him, why not let him go to a team in the same division? If they didn't think he was good enough, just release him and let him go where he would be appreciated for his leadership and playing skills. But no, they chose a different path. I am still a Packer fan. I am NOT a Packer front office fan. I think Ted Thompson is hurting this team and hope he is gone soon, but that's another rant. I believe that Brett Favre has earned the right to be cheered when he enters his former home. He should be welcomed back and know that we appreciate everything he did for the team. He chose to go to our rival, but that's ok, cause we're always up for a good game. I hope the Packer fans that are lucky enough to go to the game have enough class to cheer their former quarterback and let him know not everyone wanted him gone. Go Pack Go!!!

I think Brett should be cheered. Ted Thompson was the moron that let him go.Brett wanted to come back and play for the packers but Ted denied it. So we know Brett went to the Jets and we weren't too happy about that. But then he "retired" again but came back looking for more. The Vikings just happened to be the team that stepped up and offered Favre the job. And most of us hated it and called Brett a "trader". But really is Brett Favre really the trader in this deal? I'm sure we can talk about this all day.

don't act stupid, just because he did.

I hope he gets boo'd off the field. He chose to retire & then kept changing his mind. He is nothing but a liar. He is all about spite. His constant back & forth is all about his huge ego. I am sick & tired of hearing about him already. Yeah he is a good player but he seems to think he is the be all & end all of football & that he is GOD, far from it. I hope the Packers sack him multiple times & put him in his place, but with an ego as big as his, I don't think even that would knock him down to where he should be.

Cheer him, unless we forget, he gave us a super bowl win, nfc championships and a lot of fun. How about we trade deadhead ted for a parking lot attendant and a beer vendor to be named later.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Taurus

Try to keep your energy a little bit more under control. If you scatter in all directions, you'll end up hot and bothered. Mars tends to rev up your engine, but an awkward aspect to Saturn will make everything go in stops and starts. As soon as you try to shift into higher gear you meet immovable objects at the moment, so the solution is to slow down. There are wonderful, uplifting influences hanging around as well as tricky ones, so just hang in there.
