Oakland Raiders Greg Knapp not getting the most from Terrelle Pryor

Examiner has really gone down hill as far as Raider matterial ever since Patrick Patterson passed away at his very young age.

If the season were to start tommorow, I'd be more comfortable with Matt Leniert as the starting QB, not Palmer or Pryor...To me it seems like this writer expects pryor to be the starting QB but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

i give credit to leinart for his performance in the first preseason as a RAIDER. i hope he continues to improve. and if he is going to be a backup? well, then he better be starter ready. cause right now he is not "starter ready" and hasn't been through out his career. and definetely not better as a starter over carson palmer. things could change, ya never know but right now as a starter for the beggining of the regular season?, CARSON PALMER. now, if g knapp can do what the coach from the niners did with alex smith? so be it! any chance of that happening? hmmmmmm? NAH! but i accept the chance and challenge, sure! not trying to put c palmer on a red carpet but he sure is sitting on the king's chair for now and i'm all for it.

he ran ok, if that heps any?(lol) yea, no, he needs to show as much as he can in preseason cause not even our starter (wr) jacoby ford had a good day. so? next game vs cardinals. let's see how much they give the ball to pryor. or if they have another position for him.

Did anybody watch Pryor during the game, I just got done watching the replay and Pryor impressed me... he got sacked on a botched screen pass and threw a pick on 4th and 26. Aside from that he was not brought down, a few times they got hands on him but he just shook em out there cleats and got a first down, at the very least he didnt lose yards and lets keep in mind that the line blocking for him is pretty much a bunch of practice squad players and nobodys. When he was protected he made intelligent, accurate throws and he definately showed me enough to put him ahead of Leinart as our #2.

Watch the game tonight against the cards and actually pay attention when hes in, then u will see.

I don't care which of our 3 qb's start for us, hmi just want us to get back to winning seasons and playoff games and God willing...a SuperBowl!!

...or 16 games vs Lions scrubs fighting for a special teams roster spot....

this may not be enough for some pryor fans and non pryor fans with what he did at lions. and i agree as well but it sure opened up some eyes to see what may be in his future with oakland, or elsewhere. not bad, not great! but not bad.

...seems to be hit or miss...like Teblow is...alothough its more 'miss' with Tebow now as a Jet...
