However, there are individual awards also. Aaron Rodgers won MVP. Your opinion is irrelevant to that fact. BTW who will you be rooting for next season? Or are you going to wait until just prior to the Super Bowl to pick a team again next season? THE SUPER BOWL IS ALL THAT MATTERS

You still haven't answered my question. Did the $3500 per seat PSL fees go toward stadium improvements or directly into the McCaskey's bank accounts? Ha ha suckers!

Don't cry because you were disappointed in your team fir not going undefeated and losing in the playoffs. They Steelers didn't do any better but 6 beats 4.

6 does beat 4 but 13 beats 6 so whats your point? I would be saying it if it were facts and fact is GB beat Pitts in the SB and GB has the most championships in NFL history,,that's fact,It doesn't take away Pittsburgh's accomplishments and their history and contributions, its just plain facts that GB is the most storied franchise and the most championships in the history of the league.Facts are Facts. If you want to bring up Dallas,ok,DAllas has 5 championships adn again GB has 13.. ok. so if the NFL merged with the AFL in 62 or so like they could have then GB would have won at least 2 other SB so can i say GB has 6 SB rings with the 13 championships? SO GB isnt as good because the marketers were a few years late in marketing the NFL championship game by calling it the SB? of course i cant because it wasnt called the SB until the 66 season and GB won the first 2 but if they did call it the SB a few years earlier dont you think GB would have won that as well?

Its nothing personal at all between you and I,Ive got absolutely no problem with you at all,no matter if your supporting Dallas,Pittsburgh or any other team,id say the same thing, to TB bear/packerhacker/PAKLUV1 ect,,,,,teams are judged now on SB because now that's what the championship is called and the biggest game, just like the NFL championship game was back before the marketers decided the market the game the SB back when

You've hit the nail on the head. The GREEN BAY PACKERS have been the world champions 13 times. No matter what the NFL has called it's Championship, the Packers have 13. If the NFL had started calling it's Championship the Super Bowl earlier, the Packers would have more. If the NFL started calling the NFL Championship game "Super Bowl" in 1933, 10 of the Packers 13 NFL Championships would be Super Bowls. Championships are Championships. It doesn't matter how many are called Super Bowls. The NBA Championship series has officially been called the "NBA Finals" from 1987 to the present. Does that make all the NBA Championships before 1987 less meaningful? Of course not. And like the NFL, the NBA counts ALL Championships no matter what it has called it's Championship. Fans of other football teams are simply envious because their teams have not been the best football team in the world a record 13 times.

If you are going by the NFL Championship(s) games won when it was called a SB? then id assume Pittsburgh 6 rings would top all ( but SF won 5 or 6 SB rings and never lost one but thats another argument)IF you are referring to NFL Championships ( winning the whole thing prior to the mid 60s before marketing the game as the SB) and or after the Merger when they marketed the game the SB, then GB has the most titles,,Chicago's 9 championships would be 2 im assuming.

I think blitzburgh wants to have is ego stroked. I understand that Steelers have won the most world championships with the title "Super Bowl" as its corporate name. It's too bad he won't recognize the fact, according to the NFL record book, that the Packers are the all-time leaders with 13 world championships.

The game of football certainly did not change much from January 14 to January 16 that year, but Steeler fans remained equally stupid from 1933 to now.

I just checked the Official NFL Record and Fact Book again. It still says:
TEAM RECORDS CHAMPIONSHIPS Most Seasons League Champion 13 Green Bay, 1929-1931, 1936, 1939, 1944, 1961-62, 1965-67, 1996, 2010
Love it!

and It wont change until someone else wins the SB,then they will have 2012 champions added to their name and hopefully it will be GB adding their 14th!

BlitzburghX7 wrote: <quoted text> It's more than a name. It's a totally new game. LMAO, how sad you are? “a totally new game”? LOSER! The NFL changed the name of the NFL Championship game to the Super Bowl in 1967. I guess you think these TWO rule changes in 1966 and 1967 make it “a totally new game” 1966 All goal posts must be offset from the goal line. 1967 A player who signals for a fair catch may not block or initiate contact with one of the kickers until the ball touches a player. Yeahhhhh! WOW! They might as well not have even called it football any more because it was such HUGE change to the sport!
