I think if soliai is cut lose, Cohen may indeed find a spot on the roster. I would also expect the
trifecta to scout the waiver wire cuts for nose tackles, but the odds of a team cutting a good rookie 3-4 nose tackle are not high.

But that depends on soliai becoming serious about learning the nose tackle position. He is a load at nose tackle though.

you know tom last year when we went to ne and put the cat on them, we blew them away! be cause the db's were staying home with their coverage duties, later in the year they started run blitzing everybody because the threat of pass was minimal!! and teams slowed us down!! with the addition of pat white they will not be able to sttack the line of scrimmage cause if they do he can attempt a run and pull up and throw to wide open reciever's!! if they stay in coverage white, brown, and williams will have a field day like they did at new england!! how do you cover this??? from what i've seen from pat white and the 08 cat it's gonna be very interesting to say the least!!!

Yes, I noticed when Miami was in the wildcat, teams stacked the line of scrimmage as there was no passing threat. With pat white, if the secondary comes up in run support, he'll pass it, if not, he'll run it. Its going to be very hard to cover. also I read where pat white was in motion behind henne, perhaps henne hands off to white, and white then passes it downfield. Another problem with the wildcat, was pennington lining up at wr. They never used pennington, so there was no threat there. Pat white passing to pennington.

yeah i'm sure we will see some new wrinkles, all this will go with an upgraded offensive line! upgrades at wr! not to mention opposing team's having to game plan for this!! it should be very interesting.
