For Favre this is the 2nd time he has won the award and guess who it was against? They say AP is not getting the yards, well quess why? The Vikes now have a quality QB who takes some of the pressure off of AP who still is averaging 4.8 yards per carry the same as last year. He is also on pace to rush for twice as many TDS. They both compliment each other as AP also takes some pressure off of Favre. Go Vikes!!!!

I agree. Add Harvin to the mix, and it's pretty self-explanatory. AD doesn't HAVE to carry the offense any more. Can add Sid The Kid Rice to the formula too. Vikes are a helluva team.

True, true. But I still can't get over the Ellen Degeneres lookalike thing! During last weeks game it was really creepin me out!
Let's pick up Johhny Jolly instead. He has an amusing name, and is such a good sport.
Johnny 'head butt' Jolley
He's on the fast track to nowhere.
So what's this about Ellen? Is she Rodgers backup?

It's encouraging to expect this team to get better. They haven't played together that long. The O line has really stepped up their play. I was very concerned at the beginning of the season. Rush game needs to step up and the D needs to create some turnovers.

Rodgers looks so much like Ellen...

She is not his backup, but his stunt double. She gets a LOT of work LOL.

Anyone out there still think the Vikes would be better off with T-Jack at the helm?
It's amazing what a difference a great QB can make for a team.
It really is everything, you get a fluke team once in awhile with a great defense and an average QB that wins it but this is not the norm, you must have a quality QB to win it all in majority of cases.

We should sit down and look over GB's roster. There still may be a player or two we could steal and get more productive years out of.
Rodgers is playing like a 4th year pro, when it really matters.
I'm betting that after Favre retires (for real) Rogers looks to be traded to MN.

Player of the Week doesn't mean anything. Any QB worth his paycheck does his winning in the preseason. Did you see how good I looked in August? I can't wait til next August so I can peak again.

LOL, come to think of it, she has her eyes.
Ellen is the far superior athlete though.

Tampering charges filed against the Vikings by Ted Thompson for even mentioning the thought on this topix forum.
Behind our offensive line, even Ellen would look good.

He walked by at 12 yards last year as I was bow hunting the day before rifle season. Couldn't even get the bow up though because he came up behind me to my right and was through the shooting lane too quickly.
At least the Cuddyback got the picture of him, just not the same day.

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Aquarius

Yesterday you had a good control over the workings of your mind, but sadly that isn't the case today. Instead, your thoughts are wandering in every direction except the one you need to concentrate on. The result will be a sense of being disconnected from what's going on around you and possibly even a dreamlike quality to the day. Don't make any decisions while you're like this.
