Thats why it is the National Felons League. We need more crime in America to cut down on the population. Maybe all cultures will want to be thugs and gang members.

I guess no one here has ever driven an automobile after having a few beers or went over the speed limit. It good to see that we don't have criminals calling others criminals. The man has done his time, why do you feel so little about yourselves? If you want to gripe about something, gripe about him claiming bankruptcy and he'll make millions. How many Catholics have raped little boys and destroyed many families, all the way up to the pope, and they have never been held accountable? And yet how many fools still give them money?

I'm not watching the NFL anymore because of the Vick decision. If I want to see criminals I'll watch cops.

It is, we know that and that's why no-one should be surprised by this.
I said before that someone would be crunching the numbers to see if they would make money on the bet that sports-worshiping americans would forget the crimes of this player(and others)and support the NFL financially. Apparently the numbers are coming in on his side.
Shameful but not unexpected.
I'm not suggesting that he should not be able to earn a living, just that he has not shown that he is truly sorry for the violence and other crimes and therefore does not deserve the privelage and position he previously held as star athlete.

So you're comparing speeding with torturing and killing dogs.

And you're suggesting that all those who believe in justice for animals would turn their back on molested children.

OK then....

The "problem" lies with the justice system. Mr. Vick has served his sentence and, so long as he abides by the conditions of his reinstatement to the NFL - well, it is what it is. I am not in favor of him being in the spotlight and perhaps being a roll-model for young people, but until penalties for animal cruelty and abuse become more harsh, there is nothing that can be done. So, if you do not like it - lobby your state representative, senator and congressman to enact tougher penalties. Support groups and agencies that effectively and FAIRLY lobby for this. Don't just sound off - that does not help you or any of the animal victims.
As an aside to the comments concerning the comparison between pedophiles and animal cruelty - statistics show that people who abuse animals typically show no respect for human life either.

For the simple minded...people break the law everyday and very rarely are they held accountable. This man has paid the penalty for his crime. Do you really feel so low about yourself that you feel as if you need to judge others? Does that make you feel better about yourself?

You need to get a life and stop worrying about and judging others. There is a reason that you're not a Judge just as there is a reason that millions pay good money to watch Vick play and wouldn't pay you a cent to watch you play unless they would need a good laugh. Being jealous will never make you feel better about yourself.

Babies are being aborted everyday and how many of you don't have a problem with that? Why, because it has become commonplace? Thanks for showing where your values truly lie. Lot's of Godless folk around here.
