Antoine Winfield speaks wisdom

“Winfield said Monday that he plans to ask the Vikings coaching staff to match him up against Green Bay receiver Donald Driver on Sunday.”

In last season's Packer-Viking at Lambeau Field, I watched incredulously as Donald Driver lined up in the slot and consistently got covered by a linebacker . via Pacifist Viking

itll definitely help to have winfield covering driver. if the vikes can take away that combo we have hope. cover jennings tight and the packers will go down hard. once you make favre start forcing passes hes doomed and will break that all time interception record. that will be quite pleasurable. will the vikes secondary be up for the task? more importantly, will we get any kind of pass rush this week? we cannot give that guy any time to read the field or its gonna be ugly. Go vikes
