lots of players for the secondary means the secondary isn't going to be a high priority in the draft. I'm thinking Parcells is going to stick with the front seven on defense and the O-line.
I'm beginning to believe 50 percent of the team from last year will be gone and we may end up being 8-8 or 9-7. Smash mouth football is back, no more statue of liberty plays because we are going back to the basics. Boring but highly effective.

FINALLY, a new forum! Now what is this about??? LOL... but seriously folks... this should be interesting going into training camp. Miami has a TON of safetys now, which should make for some interesting competition.

It's been so long since they've given us anything to talk about, I almost started to miss Roger..... Well, OK, maybe not. I have read that rumor about mckinnie. Doesn't mean the fins couldn't try to trade down with the threat of drafting Ryan, or even pull a SD charger move and draft him then trade down.

That's kinda what I'm hopin for anyway. Trading down to 5 would likely still net one of those two DE/OLBs, and an extra pick.

I've heard about the McKinnie trade as well. I'm not sure if that's just speculation by a columinst in Minnesota, or if there is any truth to it. And don't worry about Roger - he doesn't actually read any posts.

I have heard this rumor, albiet in these forums. I think this would make Chris Long a lock at the #1 pick , as they would then need him to take JT's place.
