PETA asks Spokane to get rid of 4th of July fireworks display

this is why people don't like peta people.
It depends on the location and how far it is from residential areas.
On the night of the 4th, my neighborhood was bombarded with
fireworks for 90 minutes straight...not 1 second of silence. My dogs
were flipping out. It's unnecessary. Professional fireworks shows,
ok, but I don't think they should be sold to the general public.

Yes. In and of itself, bull fights are brutal. However, you should read
what REALLY goes on to prep the bull for the fight. The bull doesn't
have a chance.

I don't think fireworks should be sold to the general public either. I'm sure it's not just our pets ears that get damaged.

Gambrills, MD - She's always been a tough old goat... the first to run after strangers in the yard.

But now Anna's in pain.... her eyes swollen after her head was caught in the vise like jaws of a pit bull.

just a few of the highlights

On Sunday, Wendy Cozzone checked on the menagerie of animals she keeps on Cheryl's Rescue Ranch when she saw the dog attacking the herd.

She wrestled the dog off the animals and locked it in a shed.

more........

The owner surrendered the dog to Anne Arundel County Animal Control and it was euthanized yesterday.

Cozzone says she knew the dog and it usually had a nice disposition but for some reason once it got among the sheep it was like it lost it's mind.

'I would tell people how nice she was and she wasn't aggressive and I saw the other side of her and never ever saw a dog flip like that.' Cozzone says.

" I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DOG FLIP THAT WAY "

and that was just a little bit of the story......
when will people every learn, it only took me one time to get the message.

So what's your point PF? Humans "flip" more than dogs and they're a lot more dangerous.

my point is , these " dogs " should be banned. the difference between these dogs and other dogs, is like the difference between a gold fish and a shark, they both are fish, but one is a hell of a lot more dangerous then the other. it's as clear as the nose on your face, all you have to do is open your eyes to see it.

yes, i can't explain to you the rush you get from seeing a wonderful animal like that up close. the lions have to be at least 5 years of age because if they are that old, they have made all the pup's they are going to make, they only hunt male lions. you can tell how old the lion is by looking at it's nose, the older they are, the lighter the color of their nose, if you see any black on their noses, you know that, that lion is not old enough. these hunts make 1,000's of dollars, these hunts pay for fences, treatment for injury and sickness, 40% of the money i paid has went to the people who live there, it's built schools, hospitals, well's, homes, etc.
it's great for the lions, their numbers in the area where i'm going has almost dlb, in the last 6 years, this program works for everybody involved, it's a win-win for everybody.

Not a win-win for the defenseless animal you kill.

Add to the above,400 Pit Bulls gathered up by the ASPCA,and other agencies,Strange,Fighting dogs, mind you,and suprise,Animal control officers
men and women, carrying them under their arms, faces touching, see photos, and not ONE attack
take notice, you paranoid haters out there, just
grow a pair, and stop the spewing of hatred mostly
based on the MSM reports?? Instead ask your selves how does 400 hundred APBTs get picked up by hand and carried to shelters, get examined by
vets, groomed, deloused, fed and watered HMMMMMMMMMM? You idiots!

To the Great White Hunter,Good luck on safari,With a little luck you will be
with the Rhodesian Ridge back, who hunt
lions, and were specifically bred to do
that? I guess they would have to die also
being a big aggressive dog?? Read the post
and stop the lying Bullsh*t..Explain the
coincidence of all these thousands of APBTs
being gathered up by strangers,handled,fed
groomed,examined,watered,teste d,Adopted,obedienced
trained, and put to death, all with no attacks??
we wait your usual BS with bated breath??? Or
you can always refuse to answer, duck the issue
or resort to name calling when your IQ breaks
down?? Tarzan>LMFAO!

FYI,Over 304,000 Pit Bulls are euthanised annually
due to the reputation given, quite unfairly they are difficult to adopt out? Thank you very much to
the MSM! Trust all the members of that profession
s
leep well at night knowing these facts?

It is generally accepted that the Authorities will not go to the source of the issue,As it is
Political suicide etc...affecting the inner cities, and minority groups the most.

we will be on foot, and these lions have a good chance at me too, they can smell a human coming a mile away, they will hear me before i hear them, they will see me before i see them, they are faster, they are stronger, and they have the ultimate killer instinct, i'll say it's a 50-50 shot at who will get who, the danger is part of the fun. the way this is done, HELPS more lions then ever before, it's bought land just so the lions can hunt and live,( that land is not hunted ), if they had not came up with this idea, there would be no lions in that area now. the lions are thriving.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Scorpio

Let the past stay in the past for now. Even though you may have fond memories of intense experiences, the Virgo Moon sees to it that you have virtually no desire to go there again just yet. This is your opportunity to show others what you can do in a more civilised environment. Don't try to shout down someone who is rude enough to interrupt. As unlikely as it may seem, the softest voice has the biggest chance of being heard today.
