Let's get rid of JP while his value is somewhat high. Other teams desperately need a QB who has some tools. I don't agree with starting Trent since he didn't earn it. The offense was non existent in dallas and will be worse against the Ravens who will be getting after the O-line and him all day. Fairchild is no good. To bad ralph is to old and egotistic to really do what is right for the team and that is sell it to a local person(s). Say all you want about Ralph, the tax payers gave him so much in return over the years that he should at least sell the team to a person who will spend money to bring in decent coaches and knows talent.

I think this is the worst decision the Bills have made in a long time. Edwards has played, OK. But, OK doesnt earn you a starting quarterback position. Let J.P Losman play and win or lose his job.

I think this is the worst decision the Bills have made in a long time. Edwards did nothing to EARN the job. J.P. Losman should have a chance to win or lose his job. But, I guess the "OVER REACTION" Bills fans got what they want.
I wonder what everyone will say when Trent starts to lose. "Bring back J.P" I can hear it now.

time has come to let fairchild go. the bills have 3 years invested in J.P. .A NEW OFFENCESIVE LINE .J.P. HAD JUST 2 GAMES WITH THEM.THE PLAY CALLING FROM THE BILLS HAS BEEN VERY POOR. YOU CAN COUNT ON ONE FINGER HOW MANY DEEP THROWS BILLS HAVE CALLED.JP DOES NEED TO GET RID OF THE BALL FASTER. BUT BEFORE YOU GET RID OF J.P . OPEN UP THE PLAY CALLING . JUST A FAN

this is very, very unfair in my thinking. JP was injured, is healed now and states he is ready to play and appears that he is ready for this- sounds like being punished for being injured.... not fair. He was hired and positioned for QB, let him do his job and let things play out literally, in a fair manner.

The problem isn't with JP it's the offensive coaching staff as well as the head coach. If JP is healty he deserves the right that he earned as the starting QB. If JP should falter then Edwards should be put in the game. Marv Levy needs to retire as well as Jaron. It's time for a younger leadership from management as well as coaching. We have Young players but a staff of OLD TIMERS that won't give in

Actually I think this is the first decision they got right. I agree that J.P. deserves to win or lose his job and no athlete should lose there job due to injury but the decision to start Edwards helps Loseman. If Edwards plays mediocre at home and then they switch back to Loseman for the road games the "fans" will be OK with Loseman. If Loseman starts Sunday and has a bad game the fans will be merciless to Loseman and that can have a bad effect on his psyche'(such as Ryan Leaf).

JP should have been able to start at least the next 4 'winable' games while Edwards continues to learn the offense in the background. I just hope Edwards doesn't fall on his face as the fickle fans will then be crying for JP again. We love to hate our quaterbacks :)

I know no one will agree, but the Bills still have a shot at the playoffs as a wild card. The next 4 games we have a chance to win each of them, regardless of who is QB. Some of the injured defense guys are coming back this week (Denny, Coy Wire) so that will help
