Bread! Beautiful, wonderful, homemade bread fresh from the oven with a big glob of real butter. Better than any dessert!

I am also a non-drinker. The thing I would not be able to give up & can't help but have nearly everyday is my Spiced Chai tea. I love it too much. So, it has sugar in it, but when I buy the bag of the sugar free, it has just something missing in the taste, & I can notice it right away. Other than that, I have cut way back on carbs over the years, & I am 1/2 Italian so don't tell Mama Mia. I LOVE chocolate, but only really overload it during "that time." |

Carbs are the hardest for me. I am still 90 lbs over weight, but the good news is that I lost 50 lbs.
Thanks to Jenny Craig!(Unfortunately I still cheat) |
2 cups of warm water I cup of warm milk 1 pack of yeast 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt.... I've tried lesser amounts but it affects the taste. 6-8 cups of flour mix and knead it bake it Best darn bread you'll ever eat. |

Let me see. I don't cut out anything in my eating habits. I exercise regularly: kickboxing, jogging, and chasing a toddler around! Age might be a huge factor when it comes to weight loss. I feel that if you exercise at least 3 days per week for at least an hour, then you can eat whatever you want...in moderation of course. I maintain a good weight and still eat what I love doing this! Alcohol is a huge "luxury" for me too! I agree, and only dring clear liqours or Michelob Ultra Light.

The biggest challenge in my diet is eating period. Don't like to take the time to do it. I love to cook, hate to eat. Nothing ever sounds good, and after spending all day slaving over food, who feels like eating it? But I guess I am a sucker for coffee if I would have to choose anything, I live off of it.

I don't have bad eating habits, but I hate to exercise. Anything I eat or drink stays with me. I am about 50 pounds overweight, although where I live that still keeps me normal looking. I have no energy to exercise. I know it will change once I get off my butt and do it, but getting started is the hard part. I did it before and lost 30 pounds; then I quit and put on 40!

If I may. I can recomend some videos that are a great way to get started. Leslie Sansone's "Walk away the Pounds" These are great videos /CD's for getting started. They aren't to hard, they start at 1-5 miles. Go at your own pace. In the privacy of your own home. I encourage all who are wanting to start an excersize regime to try them. Once you start, you'll notice your energy level sore. Then you'll want to ad more cardio into it. I am a HUGE excersize freak, but after my second pregnancy I needed help. They truly get ya started. Good Luck! Water Water Water!!! Keep yourself hydrated too. |
