It's not against the forum rules is it?

Maybe I should say I'm pimping for points... That has a nice alliterative sound to it.

So let's see. You can give props to five people and gain 5 points, 5 people can give you 1 prop back for 10 points each.

So we can get up groups of 5 people and prop each other. This is kinda Survior-ish, isn't it? Form alliances and win the game.

wth is this? They add something on an active day, when most had collected the daily points as understood?? You know, I may be a pixie bat... but that does not mean I am a bloody lab mouse!

"What's the deal with the "thumbs up" on all the forum posts?
As a Resident, you decide whose comments are worthy of recognition. If you see a post you like, show your approval by clicking the "thumbs up" to give the author props. It's a win-win situation: they'll get points for making a great post, and you'll get points for complimenting them. You'll have a certain number of props to give out each day, and it's "use it or lose it", so there's no need to hoard. But choose your recipients wisely: once you hit your daily limit, you'll have to wait until the next day to give out more. And remember that you're giving public acknowledgment, so everyone will be able to see if you've given props on a post.

There's a post I really like, but the "thumbs up" is grayed out. What's going on?
First of all, only Residents have the privilege of giving out props.(If you're a Tourist, you can still receive props: you just can't give them out.) Residents also have a daily cap on the number of props they're allowed to give. Every registered user starts with at least 1 prop each day. Level 3 Residents start with 2 props, and Level 5 Residents start with 3. You earn an additional prop to give for every 100 points you rack up. If you've exhausted your limit for the day, you'll have to wait until the next day to give more props. And by the way, you're not allowed to give yourself props... so if you're the author of that post you happen to like, you'll need to find someone else to compliment you!"

I'd prop you back Father Theresa, but damned if I can find your name in a thread anywhere.

I owe to Chatty Kathy and Purple Gurl, soon as I can get enough points today for it to let me give 'em.

I figured it was something like FN key means function key but haven't made the connection. Alas, it IS Rusty so the though process isn't necessarily rational.

So I could just get one more profile or use one of DJ's and be a winner, nah why change horses mid streem.

Can you see the thumbs up on the right side of the screen where the icons used to be ?
If you are playing the game you get points for giving and getting the thumbs up.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Sagittarius

Relationships have been going through through testing times since the Solar Eclipse at last month's New Moon in Gemini on May 20. Events may force you to reevaluate the state of a partnership. You may even decide that you need to make some major adjustments if things are to carry on as you would like. During the coming fortnight leading up to the rare second New Moon in Gemini, this may feel like a crisis, but that doesn't mean you should abandon all hope or throw out the baby with the bathwater.
