How to handle sexual misconduct at work

Just when I was starting to look forward to going to work...

Bad advice.
This is a potentially complex issue and needs to be handled appropriately, to avoid serious blow back.

HR managers don't terminate employees that aren't theirs: They process the paperwork making certain due diligence/process has occurred before the employee(s) are escorted out.
They also help a company's senior management develop clear policies and rules governing progressive discipline versus zero tolerance infractions.

Plus a bunch of other shit I won't bore you all with.

What about a broom closet instead

As long as it was hetero sex, it is OK.

Meet with the employees and give them a high-five, and maybe see if you can get a little action yourself.

Make all sexual acts committed in cubicles acceptable.

Im assuming show them your penal code is the wrong answer.

I think they should get a raise and a towel from the janitor.

There are much better places than the bathroom! So I'm told!

They have classes on how to inter act in society as well as the work plce on interacting with out hassing others or uses interjections that imply carnal activity.

Tilting your head back helps avoid eye contact which seems to make some feel uncomfortable.

How to handle? Well, I had some special handles riveted on to give better purchase during some of my more adventurous maneuvers. Robot action, oh yeah! Now, back to work slaves!
