1 OMG!!! you people don't quit to ya, soothsayers?? Hey, we are trying to live a freakin' normal life as it is. Paying the bills on time, grocery shopping is like running a marathon and we still have to allow our children to have their hopes and dreams,as we did. Get off your soapbox, just learn to live your life right now as best as ya can..you will either go off the deep end 'worrying' about that date or blow your brains out. GOD gave each of life here on Earth to enjoy, NOT to worry what the future holds. How could one be ready for disaster, sure you could stock up on food supplies and whoopsie your home is torn away by a twister. You could move where you think you may be safe, then the Earth's axis shifts...guess you chose wrongly. Just Live your life, watch for the signs if ya need to...most importantly hug your loved ones every day and tell them you love them. That is all Our Father wants us to do, not worry about something that is totally out of our hands. ROCK ON! |

3 Am I alone in seeing irony when you say that I'm on a soapbox and then you go into the whole "trying to raise the kids", hopes, dreams,blah blah? And I really don't think that you're doing your grocery shopping the right way. Try walking at a normal pace and use the cart as support if needed. |

2 ya know totally agree with you, GOD is holding the Trump card...he will not let mortal man destroy his prize gem of the universe. That's all one can do, have some emergency food, radio with batteries, blankets, etc. put aside and important papers in a folder..just in case. Our Father doesn't want us to worry 'about the hour', he wants us to enjoy his Gift Of Life now...that's all. So, live in the present, let the Master worry about our future. |
