Because you can see all the way to the woman's Fallopian tubes!! Lol! I'd be parading around in a short skirt if I was younger. Not THAT short...at least not in PUBLIC! I'm at a good weight; I just think after a certain age, you look desperate, not 'hot'. Even if you can pull it off, you just look like you want everyone to think you're 25.
