The only time this little city is on the news, is just before a tornado hits it and makes it smaller. Anyway, them small towns are just like watching Rambo.They likely don't know what real crime is. Library fines?$30.00?? One of the cops was likely dumping his daughter, and needed a down payment on the hall!!

I do not know how it works in the US, but pretty sure that when entering into Canada (with our liberal laws who knows) or the US... if you have been finger printed and photographed you will be denied entry until proper documentation is provided that you can prove you are not a threat. They could very well screw this young women for nothing, but a library fine. If she was of a different race, at least here in Canada it would have been overlooked or the government would pay. This world has gone nuts. And what they think is newsworthy is more so.
