They are both most beautiful without doubt,
altho' the flaming red is very eye catching,
the first, the one with graded colours
of purple is just fabulous,
the stuff of fairytales.

I agree and like that one best. Unfortunately those types of colours wash out quickly so it's high maintenance.

Thank you. I can logically hear this stuff from different people, but when I really think about it, I think people are just trying to be nice. Just like when it comes from your mom.

like Liz Taylor, honestly, I had that kind of look,
a lot of folks used call me 'Liz'!

Well, I can assure you that's well and truly gone,
even poor Liz didn't look like
'Liz Taylor' for a few years before she died.

More seriously,
I know what you mean tho' but just go with the flow,
it somehow seems the mind changes too and adapts
as we grow older, and in turn for stunning looks,
that have gradually become far less stunning!!!
you begin to appreciate health, well being,
and the luck of the draw..
at being around a bit longer..

I can't explain it any better,
but, some kind of gear shift takes place
and one compensates for the other,
and it is a very peaceful satisfactory swap

for me, beauty is what came out out of you...not the look...My Mom always said that beauty attract but don't keep...
